Your neighborhood is your strongest asset.
Resilient Neighbor Network (RNN) is where people building community resilience in the Bay Area support each other.
JoinNeighbors organizing with neighbors
The Resilient Neighbor Network is a growing collective of neighborhood organizers across the Bay Area. We're not a city program or a nonprofit — we're neighbors organizing neighbors. RNN is open to established neighborhood organizers, newly inspired neighborhood leaders, and everyone in between.
We meet every two months, stay connected through a WhatsApp group, have a registry, and maintain a central hub of resources and tools for people doing this work at the block and neighborhood level.
The real work happens in your neighborhood. RNN is where you come to workshop, compare notes, get inspired, and not do it alone.
- In-person gatherings with organizers from across the Bay
- A WhatsApp group for connection between meetings, where members share events and happenings
- A shared resource hub — templates, guides, and tools from people doing this work
We believe that cultivating hyper-local resilience is both how we stay safe in emergencies, and how we live a better life day-to-day.
